Equipment and venue
- Confirm manufacturer limits, inspection records and safe anchoring for each activity.
- Agree power, weather limits, clearances and stop-work arrangements.
- The space planner is illustrative; a site assessment is still required.
People and responsibilities
- Agree activity supervision, staffing numbers and guardian responsibilities in writing.
- Request current first-aid credentials, safeguarding arrangements and an emergency contact.
- Request an insurance certificate and check dates, covered activities and exclusions.
Your children’s privacy
- Photos need your say-so. No photo that identifies a child goes into Batwana publicity without separate, written permission from a parent or guardian, and that permission can be withdrawn for future use.
- We ask for less. An enquiry never needs a child’s name, birthday, health details or photo, and our forms don’t ask for them.
- Concerns go straight up. Tell the event supervisor on the day or email [email protected]. In an emergency, call emergency services first.

How much does it cost?
A garden party starts at KES 35,000, a full afternoon at KES 68,000 and the full funpark at KES 145,000. Those cover delivery, setup, crew, supervision and teardown for the headcount and travel band listed on each package. The table above lists everything that moves the number, so there are no surprises when the quotation arrives.
What space do I need?
Every item in the equipment table lists its footprint in metres and the power it draws. Measure the flattest part of your compound, send us the number, and we will tell you what fits. If you share a venue photo, exclude people, identifying details and private documents. A photo cannot replace a site safety assessment.
What if there is no power?
Inflatables and food carts need mains power. If you do not have it, we bring a generator, fuelled, with a crew member responsible for it, at KES 11,000.
How far do you travel?
Travel within 15 km of the CBD is included in the garden party price, 25 km on the full afternoon and 40 km on the full funpark. Beyond that we quote the travel charge in writing before you pay anything.
How early should I book?
Enquire as early as possible. Equipment, crew and venue suitability must be checked before a date can be confirmed.
What happens if it rains?
Activities may need to stop in unsafe weather. Agree weather decisions, cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms in your written quotation before payment.
Are your staff supervising, or am I?
Agree the event-specific supervision plan and guardian responsibilities in writing before booking. Ask for the proposed crew roster and activity limits; do not assume individual childcare is included.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Ask for written payment instructions, deposit requirements and cancellation or refund terms with your quotation. Do not pay until availability, responsibilities and terms have been confirmed.
Can you work with schools and companies?
Use the school or organization enquiry option below. Ask for procurement terms, an event risk assessment, safeguarding arrangements and current insurance evidence. Availability and document readiness must be confirmed by a person before payment.
