Booking Terms and Website Disclaimers

Updated 17 October 2026. These are proposed customer-facing terms. Your signed quotation or booking agreement should identify which terms apply.

Quotes and reservations

Website prices, package descriptions, availability, travel distances and capacities are indicative until Batwana confirms them in a written quotation. A reservation is confirmed only under the payment and acceptance conditions stated in the applicable quotation. If the written quotation conflicts with a general website description, ask Batwana to resolve the discrepancy before payment.

Payment, cancellation and rescheduling

Applicable deposits, payment due dates, cancellation windows, refunds, permitted deductions and rescheduling conditions must be set out in your written quotation or booking confirmation. Do not rely on an informal website summary where specific written terms have not been agreed. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Site suitability and safety

The “Will it fit?” planner is indicative only, not an engineering inspection or safety clearance. Equipment use requires Batwana's actual site assessment and compliance with manufacturer requirements, anchoring, exclusion zones, access routes, power and water conditions, weather limits, and supervision arrangements. Children must observe instructions and applicable equipment restrictions. Organizers should disclose material venue hazards.

Weather and service interruptions

Unsafe weather or site conditions may require suspension, substitution or cancellation of activities. The applicable written booking agreement should explain alternatives and refunds, subject to law.

Fair allocation of responsibility

Batwana remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer protection rights. Venue operators and organizers remain responsible for matters allocated to them in their agreed booking documents.
